How do I get Stamps from merchants?

Simply visit one of our merchant and give them your email address when you pay (tell them it's for Stamps). You will receive an email from Stamps after your transaction is processed. Registration is optional.

How many Stamps do I get?
A :
You get 1 Stamp for every Rp.10.000. So you'll get 15 Stamps if you spend Rp.150.000.

How do I redeem my rewards/vouchers?
A :
When you have enough Stamps (or vouchers), simply visit your merchant, give your email to one of their employees and ask him/her to process your redemption. You don't need to bring or print anything.

Please see our list of active merchants. This list should hopefully grow overtime so check back every once in a while!

Do I need to register?

You don't need to register to collect Stamps. However, if you register you'll be able to redeem signup rewards.

I never received a confirmation email from Stamps, what do I do?
A :
Email support@stamps.co.id the details of your transaction and we'll help you track it down. Include the merchant, store, approximate time and value of your transaction (invoice number would be awesome).

How do I redeem my vouchers?
A :
Same with all redemptions, simply go to the merchant's participating stores and tell them what you want to redeem. It's that simple :)
